OK, I use the term "phobia" in jest, but in my journey, as well as a lot of others who embark on a low carb or ketogenic lifestyle, you swing too far into the realm of almost fearing your carb counts. When Carbphobia kicks in, you know that's when it's time to re-evaluate your plans and take another look at your path. Because I will speak from experience, you cannot sustain a long-term "Carbphobic" lifestyle. Well, at least most of us cannot. Because there are just too many pleasures in life that you will end up partaking in.
